Jennifer is one of the owners of V4 Management and founder of its Jennifer's RI Rentals branch. Jennifer’s success started by accident 5 years ago, when Airbnb's and short-term rentals were a small fraction of what they are today! In an effort to bridge a 3-month gap for one of V4’s newly developed long-term rental apartments, she set up her first listing. In the short 3 months, the apartment proved to be so successful V4 developed a plan to expand its short-term rental business. Today we have 16 spaces for rent and are looking to expand further!
