Jennifer is one of the owners of V4 Management and founder of its Jennifer's RI Rentals branch. Jennifer’s success started by accident 6 years ago, when Airbnb's short-term rentals were a small fraction of what they are today! In an effort to bridge a 3-month gap for one of V4’s newly developed long-term rental apartments, she set up her first listing. In the short 3 months, the apartment proved to be so successful that V4 developed a plan to expand its short-term rental business!
Today we have 18 short-term rentals and are already in the process of expanding further! Our drive and persistence for perfection behind-the-scenes helps us provide the quality spaces we strive for. Our systems for success have earned all our listings the highest rated reviews as well as the coveted “Guest Favorite’s” status on Airbnb, Premier status on VRBO, AND “Genius” status on Booking.com!
